My Second Head

From London, via Essex, My Second Head is a songwriter and producer who started out in music by singing Career Opportunities on the Clash Sandinista album at the age of seven. He was later the songwriter and front man in a band called Little Mothers.

The bands first E.P and title track “Your Twisted Sister”, released on Island/Universal in 1999, was praised by critics and established him as an important songwriter. After Little Mothers split in 2001 he adopted the name My Second Head and continues to work outside of the industry writing and recording music whenever he can get studio time.

The album “My Struggle” which will be released on itunes in December, is a compilation of songs written over the last three years and recorded everywhere from bedrooms to big studios all over the country. “The most important thing is that you keep going, no matter what you’re going through.”
